Hotel a Sunset

“Room was adequate. Bathroom and towels were clean. Staff seemed apathetic and bored. Lady at breakfast worked hard and kept counter clean and stocked. ”

“As I checked out, I asked another guest how he felt about this place and he furiously replied terrible! The biggest issue we all had was how noisy it was from a big herd of unsupervised minors. Young boys were rowdy in the hallways and rooms. I didn't feel safe or sleep well here. Some of those boys even tried to barge into my room like it was theirs so I screamed this is my room yet they still kept trying to open my door. I didn't appreciate how the place lets adult supervision go unattended so...

“The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. ”

“Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix...
