The property has two houses on it. One house has a 3 bedroom and the other house is a two bedroom, they are both separate. You don’t share anything. You have your driveway and laundry. This house is not a party house at all, we have neighbours in close proximity of the house and we request that you be respectful of noise. No schoolies.
This high set beach home has been fully renovated and features natural hardwood, polished floors throughout each room.
This beach house has 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds in each room with built in wardrobes in two of the rooms, third bedroom has cupboards. Each room in the house has ceiling fans and large, push open windows to allow the sea breeze flow through.
There is pull out lounge bed, which is a double bed. This house potentially sleep 7 people. All linen is provided. Extra blankets in cupboards and under lounge - lift the longer part of the lounge from the front.
The only bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
One Separate toilet.
The open - living kitchen and dining/ living room has a large seated couch which converts into a sofa bed.
TV.
The kitchen has small cook top, oven, microwave, all kitchenware, dishwasher and full sized fridge and freezer.
Laundry is in a room just outside the side of the house, has a clothesline with no dryer included.
The entrance to the house is via the patio area has six small stairs to the one level house.
The front grassed yard is unfenced and is able to park 4 cars off street parking on driveway and yard if needed.
Front patio area has an outdoor lounge area and a BBQ.
There will be no access to underneath the house.
Wheelie bins are located at the side of the house at the front near driveway.
No pets. No air conditioning.
