The home features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space. The sitting room opens onto the covered patio which has additional outdoor dining as well as a BBQ and swimming pool.

It is only a short drive to the beach and Maroochydore's shops, cafes and restaurants. The property's central location can also be used as a base to explore the greater Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
