"Life Saver II" is a bright and charming oceanfront beach cottage offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with coastal décor flowing throughout. You will have your toes in the sand in no time using your private beach walk leading you straight to the blue Atlantic Ocean.

Walking into this coastal cottage you will find views of the ocean from every angle with natural lighting flowing throughout offering a warm nautical vibe to fill the home. Enjoy early mornings out on your sunrise deck on the east side of the home to enjoy a morning sunrise with the coastal birds in the background! The kitchen offers room to make a tasty meal to enjoy at the dining room table or enjoy on your covered ocean front deck listening to the waves roll. The living room offers comfortable furnishings perfect for lounging around to watch the flatscreen TV. Sneak away for some alone time to the den to enjoy your favorite book. Go out to the sunset deck on the west side of the home to take in the ocean breeze while sipping on an ice cold beverage.

Accommodating up 9 guests with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor everyone is sure to be well rested. Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed, TV, and oceanfront balcony access. Bedroom #2 is completed with a twin / full bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom with bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed, and TV. Bedroom #4 offers a queen bed, TV, and ocean front balcony access. Each bedroom is decorated with nautical décor and comfort.

You are sure to feel at home in this cottage offering the true Holden Beach experience. The rolling waves and chirping coastal birds are calling your name!

Very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, nicely decorated, and the kids loved it. Extra plus was the hose under the house so we could rinse the salt off of the car windows. Would definitely stay there again.

Great overall place to stay. We will go again for sure! Location is absolutely perfect. Lots of room in the house and the view is amazing! The only slight negative is the beds are really stiff. Besides that…it was great!

The house is beautiful. The location was perfect. The bugs kept us from sitting on the beach. But, there is nothing to be done about that. The list of rules and lack of basics allowed by Proactive Rentals is annoying. There was a pile of trash under one of the beds. Which makes me wonder about general cleanliness. We loved the house. Just recommend reading all the fine print from Proactive.

Such a wonderful oceanfront house. Great location. Close to bridge and restaurants. Short walk to beach. Extremely clean. Well decorated. Will stay here again!
