“The people were tremendous. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason for 4 stars was the comfort in the room. The hvac is not ideal. It runs non stop and is too loud to hear tv. Without it is very uncomfortable. The pillows and bed also were not very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure but just hoping that the ac works better”

“Excellent spacious clean room with full kitchen and all of the necessary utensils/cookware for meal preparation if desired. Full refrigerator has ice maker which was a definite plus. Buffet breakfast in the morning offered variety of options that changed daily and all of the staff we met were very friendly. On Monday through Wednesday there is an evening reception with wine, beer and a full meal offered which was quite surprising especially these days! We had a larger enclosed trailer and had...

“I've stayed at this property before and I've had no issues. This trip our toilet made horrible noise and the exhaust fan was so loud we couldn't use it. I reported this to the front desk but they were no help and didn't do anything about it. Breakfast was not very good.”
