“The lifts from the car park take too much time and limited access for rooms having to swap to different lifts to get to your room. The rooms are ok, closer to 3 star. Unfortunately our walk in robe had a vomit smell that you could smell in the bedroom.. so that wasn’t a great thing..it’s definitely a very good location but that’s about it.”

“I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities”

“Great Location! Front desk staff were polite and friendly and resolved any qualms I had. Hotel is in a great location close to convention centre, casino and beach. Obviously due to the age of the property the room itself is tired with clunky wooden furniture that is showing wear and tear. The room is spacious, with a big modern tv and great ocean view , however the decor needs to be updated to keep up with the times of what a modern beach hotel should look like.”

“The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....
