“Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. “The apartment was on the 49th floor with floor to ceiling windows. It was also spacious and spotless. The building has many amenities including restaurant, fitness room and a beautiful pool. The only challenge i had was checking in. Because it is not a hotel there was no reception. The security guard helped me figure out where to go. ”

“Het gebouw is recent gebouwd. De kamers zijn mooi en goed. Er zijn ventilatoren en airco in elke kamer. Omdat de apartementen ook prive worden bewoond is een melding voor housekeeping bij de receptie het beste. Maar als je wat meldt wordt het meteen geregeld. Mooi uitzicht op de Petronas towers en goede uitvalsbasis door de centrale ligging”

“This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. “The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). “Apartment was good and conveniently located near Suria KLCC. However apartment was not available first night due to maintainence issue. Had to move into another apartment complex 2 blocks away. Wish I had been advised prior to arrival. Very inconvenient.”
