“Great location with cozy rooms. Take note that the stairs may be physically demanding, and the space may be challenging for claustrophobic folks, particularly the restrooms. The heater in our room had issues so the front desk brought us a portable one to use, which was very kind considering the snow storm. This is a great place to stay in NYC for the location and value.”
