“The room felt very dated and wasn’t clean, and unfortunately the shower only had cold water. We only stayed one night, and I’m glad it wasn’t longer. The one positive was the staff member we encountered—very nice and helpful. Other than that, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.”

“We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away. Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either. The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. “Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. ”

“First thing is they are struck about the 3pm check in, charged me an extra $20 for early check in at about 115 pm. Went to the room and it had an Oder I can’t describe but hope to equate to a pest bomb or terrible cleaner. The towels all had stains of various colors. At any point in your visit if you want fresh towels you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk for an even exchange. A renovation was attempted but with poor craftsmanship ( broken toilet lit, terrible transition from tile...

“Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking was also a huge bonus with plenty of spaces all day round. Will definitely keep here in mind for next time! Thanks Wyndham Avon! ”

“Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. ”
