“Came down to Verona for a wedding and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in was listed as 3pm, however the wedding I had to attend was 330pm. I called that morning and they advised me they would do what they can to get me in early. Luckily they called me and I checked in around 12pm so I had time to get ready prior to wedding. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever back in the area I would 110% stay again! Thank you!”

The only problem was that the air conditioning didn’t work. They did offer to have it checked but it was 11pm so we had to deal with it ”
“Great location, walk one block to access the beach! Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance. The amusement park is only open on weekends. Room was as advertised. Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. ”
“This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby.”
“the room was large but the towels were old and overworn. The breakfast was very poor, i.e. there wasn't any milk for the flakes and, above all, there was nobody nearby to ask for.
The overall impression was that of an abandoned place.”

“It was very clean and nice. There are several amenities here that we didnt even use that most hotels do not offer. The property was well maintained. ”
