“Honestly, during the days I stayed there, the service was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was great—even the water temperature was perfect. I spent a few incredibly peaceful days there and felt completely relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the customer service was outstanding; they truly look out for you, and everyone is very polite. “Room was pretty clean but felt bare. There was a long hair on my pillow, and one of the towels smelled. The mini fridge felt like a mini-mini fridge, and there was no small freezer inside. The hand soap instantly flared up my eczema on my hands, and the mattress was hard. One of the side tables was really scuffed up and should've been replaced. The walls were very thin and I could hear everything from the hallways, rooms, and even people opening and closing their blinds.”

“This place is a gem in that you have a lot of space for your family. We loved the yard and all the nature all around! My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! We used this as a base to see Church of Jesus...

"Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate"
