Si tratta di una spaziosa, casa di famiglia, completamente climatizzato, che è ideale per due coppie e fino a due bambini, proprio dall'altra parte della strada dalle spiagge sabbiose di Fontane Bianche. È attrezzato per vivere tutto l'anno con tutti i comfort di casa, ma è particolarmente idilliaco nei mesi estivi. porte-finestre inondano la cucina e la sala da pranzo con luce naturale, offre una vista mare sul patio e prato. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie e forno a microonde oltre a fornelli a gas e un forno elettrico a grandezza naturale. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali che si affacciano sul giardino sul retro, più una camera singola che può ospitare due letti singoli. Due bagni sono dotati di docce, la terza ha una vasca da bagno. Lo studio contiene una scrivania, un piccolo divano e un sacco di libri da sfogliare. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano e poltrona, un televisore a schermo piatto e un camino di registro moderno che alimenta il riscaldamento centralizzato.
All'esterno, il patio è dotato di comodi mobili da giardino e tende da sole per ombra nella stagione estiva. Una leggera brezza marina rende ideale per mangiare all'aperto.
I bambini amano il grande giardino che ha limoni, aranci e ulivi. Il barbecue ha un ampio piano di lavoro in marmo e lavello.
Una lavanderia con lavatrice nel giardino sul retro ha una doccia extra, a portata di mano dopo una giornata in spiaggia.
C'è un parcheggio privato per tre auto davanti alla casa.

A great villa for a large group! We enjoyed staying here with the lovely garden and view. The villa has averything you need for a relaxing vacation and is also conveniently located for visiting nearby Syracuse, Noto, Avola and more.

Die Villa hat uns sofort gefallen. Sie ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz für 6 Personen und ist auch für zwei Familien (2+4) hervorragend geeignet. Ein Zimmer ist ein reines Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der große Sandstrand ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt und sanft abfallend ins Meer, daher für kleine Kinder perfekt geeignet (aber auch für Erwachsene schön). Fontane Bianche ist im August sehr "voll" mit Touristen, das wußten wir aber vorher. Die Durchgangsstraße und den Verkehr hört man auch nachts, es stört aber fast nicht. Eine Fußgängerzone, viele Restaurants und ein "Nachtleben" gibt es nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, das bekommt man im nahen Syrakus, Avola und Noto geboten. Als Basis für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, z.B. Taormina, zwei Stunden entfernt bis Modica, eine Stunde entfernt ist der Standort hervorragend geeignet. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Peter und seine lokale Vertretung Carnen war schnell, unkompliziert und korrekt. Grazie mille.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Töchtern sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann die Fenster sehr gut mit Holzläden abdunkeln, so dass es im Haus immer angenehm kühl bleibt. Der Garten ist besonders für Kinder toll, mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und sehr ruhig. Sehr wenige Touristen, wir waren aber auch in der Nebensaison da. Es gibt um die Ecke ein schönes Café und einen Mini-Supermarkt mit frischem Brot, Wurst und Käse. Lucia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem für Familien sehr zu empfehlen!

Our family (mum, dad and our 4 year old) had a very relaxing stay at the house. It is very spacious with everything you need to spend a nice vacation. We really enjoyed it, especially sitting on both terraces with the seaview and the sound of the waves.

Great location- 1 minute walk to the sandy beach & 20 min to Syracuse or Noto. Huge villa with well appointed bedrooms. Lovely garden. Great outhouse shower to get rid of the sand after beach time. Quiet as well. Well equipped kitchen

Somos un grupo de amigos que buscábamos una casa de base para visitar Sicilia. La casa está muy bien comunicada, al lado de siracusa y totalmente equipada. Es muy cómoda y con la playa al lado. Es ideal tanto para descansar como para turismo activo.

Totally would stay here again. Especially well-suited if you’re traveling with younger kids. Lots of children’s books in Italian and English. Train set and toy cars were a highlight for my kids. Thanks for the excellent accommodations and communication!

Lucia was always very quick at answering all our questions from the time of booking and anything else during our stay. The house is very nicely divided with a very large kitchen well stocked with all you need for cooking. We ate our breakfast on the terrace every morning just off the kitchen looking at the ocean. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Beautiful property with fruit trees and various herbs. Large parking area for two and even 3 vehicles if need be.

Das Haus war gut in Ordnung, genügend Platz, alle Geräte funktionierten und es war sauber. Die Lage ist gerade am Strand und es gibt einen kleinen Laden in der Nähe, der alles Wichtige anbietet. In der Stadt Syrakus oder Avola gibt es grössere Läden und auch eine grosse Auswahl an Restaurant. Enttäuscht waren wir davon, dass am Dorfrand und ausserhalb des Ortes viel Schmutz/Plastik liegt

There were toys and books for the children, things to use in the kitchen, towels.. Truly everything you will need it was available. The communication with Lucia was great! Receiving and giving the keys back was also very easy. The location is great, very close to the beach(less then 1 minute walking to a small beach and very calm see). The road in front of the house is a busy one (also in the evening) and with little children it’s paying close attention because of partially sidewalks to the beach. There is a little supermarket up the road. We haven’t ate at the restaurant on the beach, but if you walk down the road for 10 minutes you’ll find Fontane Bianche Beach Bar, where you can eat cheap but very good! Thank you Lucia for making your lovely house available to us!

Wir durften unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub in dem Haus von Peter und Lucia verbringen und können es wärmstes weiterempfehlen. Sowohl die Kommunikation/Organisation mit Lucia im Voraus als auch vor Ort war super und absolut unkompliziert. Wir waren zwei Paare (~30Jahre) plus ein Kleinkind (14 Monate). Das Haus war groß genug für uns alle und ist gut isoliert. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, weshalb wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen Blick aufs Meer und auch der Weg zum Strand ist wie angegeben sehr kurz (2min). Die Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Vor allem im Haus hört man den Verkehr überhaupt nicht. Ein winziger Supermarkt ist ca 200 m entfernt und bietet das Nötigste. Für die großen Einkäufe sind wir in die nächste Stadt gefahren. Auch eine Bäckerei ist ca 300m entfernt. Einziger kleiner Abzug ist die Umgebung, wir fanden es etwas schade, dass es im Ort keine Strandpromenade oder ähnliches gab, um Abends einen Spaziergang zu machen. Aber ansonsten alles top! Danke für den schönen Urlaub :)

A spacious, comfortable house with large garden, easy parking and a short walk to sandy beach. Having a furnished shaded terrace across the length of the house is a real asset. We appreciated the supplies of basic items in the kitchen and the good communication with the hosts.

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand, schöne Terasse zum Chillen und eine fantastische Outdoor-Küche, bei der es richtig Spaß macht, abends zu Grillen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, so dass wir überwiegend selbst gekocht haben- Restaurants waren dort vorort in der Nebensaison sowieso rar gesät. Man muss ein paar Sachen am Haus beachten, welche uns Peter per Youtube Video gesendet hat. Bei Starkregen (wie wir ihn zum Schluss hatten) sollte man die Fensterläden schließen, sonst läuft das Wasser rein und man kriegt nasse Füße. Kommunikation mit Peter lief super, wir bekamen auch auf die Fragen, die im Video (auf Englisch) erklärt wurden (und wir etwas nachlässig angeguckt haben ;-)) , sofort Antwort.

The house has a very good infrastructure, well equipped and good isolated, so even the temperature were really hot, we hardly used the air-condition. The garden is big and only a few meters away to the beach.

We had a fantastic time in Sicily and in this house! Peter gave us all the information we needed prior to our trip. This house is very spacious, well equipped, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wish to visit the East side of Sicily. There is a little beach just across the road, 2 mins walk which was ideal for us.
