“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Love the large lounge areas, wish the coffee bar area was open all day or at least open until checkout at noon. Overall we love staying here each year it’s close to the fairgrounds and we love being able to walk to all of the local restaurants ”

Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“The location of the property and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and polite. No issues there at all. The building itself though is lacking. It's obviously older, which is fine, but it has not been updated as it should. The biggest issue was the HVAC system that can either be set on AC or Heat for the entire building--it's not individualized per room. “We loved it everything we needed was nearby”

“This was the absolute worst experience! I was not expecting perfect but clean would have been nice. My husband and I arrived around 830pm we chose this hotel last minute because my husband was scheduled for surgery this morning at the hospital near by. You are not able to walk in the lobby you need to be buzzed in by the attendant ok I get it crazy world this gentleman wasn't bad checked went to room like I said all I need was clean and close to hospital. “I would have loved a hot tub. ”

“I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!”

“The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. ”
