“We stayed here for a long weekend, and were pleased with everything. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had good amenities. Breakfast was a good assortment of options. The location is walkable distance to many restaurants, shops, etc., so we walked most to dinner every night. Jack Astor's (restaurant) on the corner was good, but we greatly disliked Chuck's Roadside grill.”

When I called the front desk to let them know, someone finally came up and instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, he made the excuse he went down to the lobby for 10 minutes. “The staff were helpful but our room on the second floor was decrepit. The air conditioning smelled like urine, there was hair all over the bed, and the lock on our door was broken. I would not recommend staying here.”

“All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant.
