“This beautiful little hotel, tucked away in beautifully landscaped grounds, close to a lovely beach town, not far from downtown Auckland, is a gem. With the beach, water and lots of restaurants nearby, definitely a place I’d love to stay at more than one night. The pool clean and gorgeous, a refrigerator and dishes, guest laundry room, parking on site, all wonderful. The warm welcome at the reception made us feel at home. Loved our stay!”

“Quiet location. Close to great beach and lake and shops. Plenty of waterfront night life 10minutes away. Lots of transport and a big bus hub 20 minutes walk or 2 minutes from the motel if you want to hop off. Lots of space and nice kitchen. Daily room cleaning and plenty of supplies.”

“Posizione eccezionale perché in soli 10 minuti sei proprio in centro grazie sull'autostrada 1 che gli passa neanche a 2 km. Incredibilmente silenzionso. Camera ampia , con cucinotto. Doccia regolabile anche sul getto e gradi. Siamo stati 3 notti in finale del nostro viaggio. Consigliato”

“Small, compact room where the space is extremely well considered. Lovely subtle - but - effective design flourishes, and simple gestures that mean the room is very useable and comfortable. Reminiscent of another of my favourite hotels - The Standard X in Fitzroy, Melbourne. It’s great to stay at a hotel where the amenities are well-considered, and the staff understand what hospitality is about. The service was friendly, warm and ver efficient.
