“The Costa Rican people were very friendly. The room was very clean. The pool was a good size and has a bar pool. It is definitely family friendly. Staff was great and helpful. Most people spoke some English. The beach was lovely, although when the tide came in in the afternoon the ocean got rough. We had a wonderful week.”

“We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.”

“The resort was over all nice only issue we had was the day we needed to leave to the airport to depart the transportation to bring us down took an hour to come get us and almost made us late for our flight. The resort is up a hill and no walking is permitted for safety. So you are forced to wait.
