The Cozy Cove - *Chic Westshore Getaway*

Welcome to “The Cozy Cove”! This newly remodeled single-family home is nestled right in the heart of South Tampa! But amidst all your lodging options, why stay with us here at The Cozy Cove? Because like yourselves, we are travelers! And we believe deeply that where you choose to stay during your travels directly impacts your overall travel experience. So we wanted to create a space that provides you with all the comforts of home while simultaneously providing you with the luxury of Tampa Bay! Whether you choose to go out on the town every day or stay in, we’re confident that you will enjoy your stay here at The Cozy Cove!

Description:
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms making it the perfect space for up to six guests. Here is a breakdown of the rooms so you know exactly what to expect!


Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a luxurious queen-sized bed, a clothes rack to hang your clothes and store your belongings, and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom features a bunk bed that holds two full-size mattresses, a clothes rack, and has a private workspace. There is high-speed wifi throughout the house for anyone that needs to get work done while they're away. Please take advantage of this private space!

The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds and a clothes rack for your clothes and belongings.


Bathrooms:
The shared hallway bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror, and tub/shower combo. The private bathroom in the master bedroom has a toilet, sink, mirror, and walk-in shower.
Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Extra toilet paper and towels are also provided for your convenience.


Laundry:
There is a washer and dryer available to you. Laundry detergent and an ironing board/iron are provided.


Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you decide to stay home for! Please take advantage of the large fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and full dining sets. A dishwasher has been installed for easy cleanup. (Please note that the refrigerator does not feature a connected water line. Therefore, we provide free bottled waters and bagged ice for your convenience.)

The dining room table is right off to the side of the kitchen and has enough seating for up to four guests. We have provided two additional stools to accommodate up to six guests at the table.


Living Room:
The living room is the perfect place to snuggle up and relax after a fun day of adventure! Kick back on the comfortable couch and throw on your favorite movie or TV show. The flat-screen TV has both cable and streaming capabilities so you can truly pick anything you like! You can also connect your phone or other wireless device to the sound-bar via Bluetooth to play your favorite music! Some games are also provided within the TV-stand drawers so that you all can enjoy some light-hearted fun and laughter right at home!

Outside:
Please take advantage of the large egg chairs on the front patio! They provide the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or enjoy a Tampa sunrise/sunset!

Its main roadways include Dale Mabry Highway, U.S. Route 92 (Gandy Boulevard), West Shore Boulevard, Bayshore Boulevard, Bay to Bay Boulevard, and the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway.
The region of South Tampa is the area between Kennedy Blvd to the north and MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida to the south.
