“I enjoyed my stay at Soma! The bed was super comfortable, and I really loved the art, decor, and overall aesthetic of the hotel. It has a fun boutique feel, and I was able to walk to a nearby tiki bar that I really enjoyed. There were a few cleanliness issues, and I had a little miscommunication with staff over the phone/voicemail, but overall I had a good stay and would consider staying again.”

“Absolutely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The property is extremely run down and immediately gives a neglected, unpleasant impression. The room itself was dirty and smelled bad on arrival, with visible cracks running through the walls that made the whole place feel unsafe and poorly maintained. Basic amenities were nonfunctional or unacceptable. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work at all, which is a pretty low bar for any hotel to fail at, and the mini fridge was...

Staff was friendly with the exception of the night shift lady knowing I was standing at the counter and took a very long time to even acknowledge me.”
