Peccato che nella prenotazione di HOTELS non è stato assolutamente specificato che la camera nostra era una specie di capsule room (penso sui 12 mt), inadatta per due persone e per muoversi con le valigie. Men che meno si poteva capire che questa tipologia fosse diversa da altre presenti in hotel, visto che era una doppia con letto doppio senza altra specifica. “A very comfortable stay in a clean, spacious, beautifully furnished room. Super comfy bed, great bathroom facilities and A/C option. Full English cooked breakfast, coffee, tea and juices. Staff are so pleasant, helpful and polite. Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, plenty of parking too. ”

Va colazione, compresa, viene servita in camera e devi mangiare sul tavolinetto. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Il receptionist è stata molto gentile ad informarci che avevamo dimenticato le luci della macchina accese. Ci ha salvati dal dover spingere con la batteria scarica.”

“Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ....

“We booked 3 nights at the Pegwell and I would say it’s the best hotel in Ramsgate. From getting a nice early check in, to the delicious breakfast every thing was spot on. The walk into Ramsgate is around 40 minutes and is lovely, we found the location perfect, and very quiet. Highly recommend the hotel and Ramsgate for a weekend break.”
