“You need more variety of diet pop in your vending machines. Our floor had none and the other floor I checked only had one available, which I bought. Also the refrigerator was somewhat noisy as it kept banging periodically and woke me up a couple of times. Otherwise it was a nice stay.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spotless. Staff were very friendly and welcoming . Overall a very pleasant stay. If I come back to Jefferson City, this will be the older I’ll stay. ”

“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared...

“Staff was great. Breakfast was way better than the typical Fairfield breakfast…more options which was nice! My only complaint isn’t just for this Fairfield but all of them collectively…would it kill you to put a comfortable chair in each room? All they ever offer is a very uncomfortable waiting room style chair. How about a cheap recliner? I think Marriott has it in the budget…”
