“We had no worries whatsoever about our stay as we received many emails and messages regarding our booking. On the day of our arrival, we received a text message informing us that we could check in early if we wanted, so we were shown to our room two hours earlier than the normal check-in time. Freshly baked bread and special "Blakes Manor Breakfast Hamper" were also very delicious and we were very satisfied. “The room was clean, the bed comfortable, however guests need to know there's no iron or ironing board, washing dishes is very awkward out of a small bowl which doesn't accommodate the dinner plates. There was a very musty smell when entering the room, and the sink push plug was broken abd the sink was full of water on arrival. ”

“This is a lovely place to stay. Friendly owner, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and artistic decor. Everything you could need is there. I drove and was mainly visiting family, but you could walk into Ulverstone and to the shops. ”
