“Parking was right outside our room. We had a slight hiccup with our room. However the Manager Jackie was very quick to kindly move us to another room. Jackie went out of her way and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again ”

“Clean and well equipped (standard) cabin. A bit cramped for a family of 4 but fine for two nights. Heating excellent. Walking distance ~400m to visitor centre and shuttles to craddle mountain. ”

“Room was excellent. The only issue was that we didn’t receive a message with our lockbox combination to get in the room. We went to the cafe down the road and they were able to get it for us. So no harm done, but if the cafe was closed we might have been in trouble. I’m sure this is a one of though, so please don’t let it deter you from a fantastic stay!”
