“Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake. “We stayed just for one night. Location was perfect and we had a nice view of the beach. Very clean and affordable, we enjoyed the free breakfast. Even though we stayed over Christmas, breakfast was not served in the dining area, just delivered to our room, everything was great.”

“The owner was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. Would have liked a microwave in the cabin but it’s not a deal breaker. The gas log fire in the cabin was lit which made for a warm and cozy welcome when we checked in. The bed and bedding were nice, warm and comfortable. As it gets pretty cold there, electric blankets might be a nice touch, that way you don’t need to leave the gas heater on most of the night. All in all, we had a lovely time.”
