Hotel con palestra a Teesside

“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”

“The general condition of the hotel is poor, old, tired and a bit scruffy. The rooms just about fit the bill, but the bathrooms are very small. “Camera: molto bella e caratteristica (la mansarda) per via del letto sotto gli abbaini Bagno: non finestrato, ma bello ed elegante Personale: molto gentile e disponibile (oltre che paziente con chi come me litiga con la lingua ) Sala colazione /ristorante: molto bella, la colazione molto variegata. “Paid £50 to have my 2 small dogs stay with me for 1 night in a dog-friendly room. But then was told by reception staff that, because I booked through Expedia, I was not entitled to a water bowl or bed for them - which I would have been had I booked direct. Madness. Also not impressed with car parking - run by an ANPR company with hefty fines, even for hotel residents.”
