“After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice. When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted. “Not an historic revival, but should be a tear down. No fan in the bathroom, ice maker did not work, side walk crumbling under our feet. Window air units, paint splatters on floors, only two full size towels. Texted property mgr. And got no reply. Would NOT recommend this to anyone!”
