“Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good.”

“We loved the lodge decor and spacious room. It was so quiet we slept very well on a comfortable king size bed. The only concern was there weren’t enough choices for restaurants in the complex. Driving through Memphis was not a good option so we ate at Wahlburgers twice and then didn’t eat anymore during our stay. The staff were very friendly and prompt with any questions we had. “Everything was excellent 🌟”

“Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night.”
