“The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! “This was my 2nd stay. Being impressed my first stay, this is just the second of a succession of bookings, as I am settling into business i have in the area. I feel comfortable here, it is quiet, near shopping and necessities. Staff has been all of cordial and assisting during encounters- and yes there are options if you arrive late for your booking. “This area is perfect! I’m from Memphis and can say that this is a nice area to visit. There’s several food options and shopping! Also everything is in walking distance or close in driving. The staff was great, hotel was clean and spacious! It actually felt like I was in an apartment. Highly recommend and will be returning when I need a get away from home.”
