“We booked a room with two beds and a pull out couch. When we arrived we were told that they didn’t have any rooms with a pull out bed and offered us a rollaway cot. We got into the room and called the front desk three times with no answer trying to make sure they were bringing up a cot. There was no one at the desk, so we went out to dinner and came back. Upon returning, they had not brought the cot and the front desk said that they didn’t have anymore. They only have two for the whole hotel....
