“Very clean, helpful staff and good location.”

“If you have children this is the place to stay. There was endless fun for the littles and adults. There are 2 water parks. 1 inside and 1 outside. Water slides, wave pool, hot pool, baby pools and lazy rivers. Rock climbing wall. Pottery painting. Lifeguards and staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative was that there was no free breakfast and the food inside was really expensive so I had to drive to the city and bring food back early in the morning instead of relaxing. Other than that...

“I stayed at this hotel for five nights, which was a big mistake. Dogs barked the whole night. I went to the front desk to complain, and they told me they would take care of it, but they never did. I couldn’t sleep. The floor was not well maintained. Throughout my stay, I only saw one staff member. I visited the front desk multiple times to ask for towels, but no one helped me. The list goes on.”
