Getting Around:

Tetbury is best explored on foot, with cafés, shops and pubs just steps from your door. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, or there's a public car park just 2 minutes' walk away. If you're travelling by rail, Kemble Station offers direct trains to London Paddington and is a short drive away. A car is handy for exploring the wider Cotswolds and nearby villages, though everything in Tetbury itself is within easy walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay:



Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request, but is not guaranteed.



The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification.



No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting, and we ask all guests to respect that.



No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



The basement is accessed via steep steps – please take care when using them.



No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee.



Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.



Wi-Fi & Utility Services



We make every effort to ensure all advertised amenities, including Wi-Fi, are available throughout your stay. However, internet and utility services are provided by third-party suppliers, and occasional outages beyond our control may occur.



If an issue arises, we will act promptly to report it and work to restore the service as quickly as possible.
