“Room was clean, the check in staff was great and friendly. We had no refrigerator in our room which was advertised as having one. The staff on duty thought there was one and when I said there was an empty space where one belonged they weren’t helpful or at all worried that we had items that needed refrigerated. Just said we can get one in there after the weekend. ”

“Late night manager was rude. Ask a couple of questions about my rooms and he said it was what was booked. Wasn’t listening and acted as if my concerns didn’t matter. I told him I could take my business elsewhere whether I was charged or not. Totally unprofessional. Due to the lateness of our arrival, we chose to stay despite the man’s poor etiquette. So sad!”

“I had a disappointing experience during my stay. There were people hanging out in front of the hotel, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. When I got to the room, the toilet was overflowing, and staff handed me a plunger and had me clean up the water myself, which was very unprofessional. The room itself was not clean — the floor was dirty, and I even found a teddy bear and a walkie-talkie left behind. “We don’t need laundry service Night staff didn’t care if coffee was cold .Several people complained about the coffee being cold .She made no attempt to make fresh coffee .Everyone else was very nice.”

“The hotel is fine but our bedroom tv didn’t work. The glass shower door is backwards. You have to be inside the shower to turn it on. Not fun. They have the dispensers in the shower. There was no conditioner and no moisturizer in the one by the sink. ”

“The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal.
