“I really enjoyed this property. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, breakfast was really good. The only thing I would say Is that the parking was a little hard to grasp since we had to park near the top of the parking deck. But overall it was a great stay”

“We had a perfectly pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for three nights. The place was clean and there are lots of shopping and eating choices nearby. The staff was helpful. The housekeepers did miss cleaning our room one day, but we were able to get clean towels as well as extra bottles of water and coffee pods from the front desk. If you need to stay in the area, I think this is the best choice.”

“Room itself was clean. The only dirty part of the room was the bathroom. A little bit of trash was on the floor but it was all the way under the counter. The back of the doors in the bathroom had a bunch of hair on it. It looked like room service wiped the counter and sink and used the same rag on the back of the doors. Staff was great! My remote for the tv had dead batteries and the guy at the front desk changed them for me and it worked after. Breakfast was not great. The biscuits and gravy...

“No TV. The desk clerk came up after 2 hours and said he needed to reset something. Never heard another word and TV never worked. He basically said most people just use streaming; which I don't!”

“No amenities at all. My wife was in a wheelchair and there were no electric doors. The rooms were from the 1960's. The hallways smelled musty.”

“The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great.”
