“As always, we had a wonderful stay! ”

“Given the cost of this hotel room, the amenities in the room itself were terrible. There were no drawers to put clothes, microwave to heat water for tea. Leaving the room to go heat water for tea was particularly annoying. And it was very loud in the room because it was so sparsely furnished, and there was no carpet. The location was fabulous, but with that comes noise from Franklin Street, as is to be expected. There should be a sound machine in the room since it’s obvious the hotel can’t do...

“The breakfast was not interesting. Some of the desk staff were very pleasant but one person was very rude. I had two requested adjoining rooms. Even though I reserved months in advance they would not give me adjoining rooms. Also our room was extremely distant from the elevator (like two blocks) there were no stairs with access to the lobby on our end of the building.”

“The location is wonderful, feels safe, can walk to shopping, restaurants, Fresh Market, etc. Nice atmosphere and attractive landscaping.”

“It was too expensive for what they had. And then after I paid, they charged me an additional fee for nothing! They said they'd give it back to me in two weeks. I'll see. Compared to other Holiday Inn Express's this one is a disappointment. Even the breakfast wasn't up to par. And on top of everything, I got a parking ticket for being in their parking lot.”

“didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check...
