“Fun theme/design details. And extremely conveniently located. Very nice and helpful staff! We were grateful for the parking garage as it was raining off and on, and also to be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar while waiting (for the rain to stop) to walk to dinner.”

“Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.”

“We returned back to room yesterday late afternoon to find our room had not been serviced. Phone in room did not work to call front desk. My husband went down and found desk clerk who then procured fresh towels. I made the bed myself but the bathroom remained as it was, ie not cleaned. This I found to be totally unacceptable .”

“Great staff. Excellent restaurant. Very clean. Not a hotel for some wanting a pool, as they close it I think expect because of extended stay families staying there.”

“The room is a very small suite. It would be tight for four people.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.”

“Little things made this a solid 2 star hotel. Like the sink faucet was positioned to far back from the edge of the sink making it difficult to wash your face. Also, the exposed caulking around the shower stall looked cheap and unprofessional.”

“Sería muy bueno que cuando se tratara de un Hotel que no va a ser las habitaciones diario, lo pusieran antes de qué uno haga la reservación como parte de lo que ofrece el Hotel porque fue horrible tener que estar tratando con un personal bastante desatento para que nos hicieran la habitación, la cual no hacían si no se los pedía a uno la dejaban sin hacer.”
