“Fun theme/design details. And extremely conveniently located. Very nice and helpful staff! We were grateful for the parking garage as it was raining off and on, and also to be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar while waiting (for the rain to stop) to walk to dinner.”

“When I checked in the front desk did not register my vehicle which resulted in a parking ticket on my windshield in the morning. When I called and asked about it, front desk person was matter of fact and not pleasant. I had to pay the ticket from a QR code. Would have been much nicer if this was taken care of at check in. I had 2 incidental charges on my credit card. When I called, front desk was almost rude. Room was great!”

“Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.”

“At check in Abby was great! Gave some really good recommendations about where to eat. Laquita at the breakfast bar was awesome and a fun person to have greet you in the mornings. Abby had even been part of recovering my daughter’s lost air pods which appeared to look like they were at the restaurant next door, when mentioned to Abby she realized they were hers. So nice! Of note, there was no sealant or caulking between the shower glass door and base of floor- so we needed to use a towel to...

“Very clean property, right on edge of UNC Campus. Very quiet. Has breakfast and a sports bar as well as pool and outdoor activities.”

“Little things made this a solid 2 star hotel. Like the sink faucet was positioned to far back from the edge of the sink making it difficult to wash your face. Also, the exposed caulking around the shower stall looked cheap and unprofessional.”
