“Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.”

“The first room that we got was a suite so there was a couch in the room, upon entering the room it felt off. Maybe like there was furniture missing. The furniture wasn't in the proper place, lined up with the artwork, it looked funny. But also there was a rip in the couch and it was stained. One of the curtains was broken, the lamp shade was broken. We had a wonderful stay here last year but this year it felt a little gross. I am not sure if management changed or anything, I am just surprised by...

“The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Staff at check in and check out were extremely helpful and personable. Upon check in we asked for supper recommendations and staff was eager to assist. The hotel is in a nice location and easily accessible to UNC hospital.”

“We liked the suite format of the room. Particularly for longer stays, the kitchen in the room would benefit from more than one dishwasher soap pouch, and could use hand soap, a strainer, and a vegetable peeler. We never received housekeeping service, though we stayed for five nights. Admittedly, we had a "do not disturb" sign on for several hours on several days, but this was disappointing. We enjoyed the pool and parking was easy. Breakfast selections were ample and the area was clean, but one...
