“Just a one night stay for us passing through to go to Bay Beach amusement park. Very worn hotel, but clean enough room. Weird refrigerator, set on a 2 hour timer/freezer? The thing that ticked me off was the giant birthday party going on at the pool. I chose this hotel for the fun slide and pool for my 8 year old daughter to use, but it was overrun with kids climbing up and down the giant slide and a ton of people only from this party. Kids AND adults were eating pizza in the pool and hot tub,...

“The elevator was out of service, as was the hot tub, the hallway smelled like fish, the room smelled like chlorine, there are very bright lights outside the windows and the blackout curtains do not keep the light out, the air conditioner was very loud. It was very difficult to sleep. There were various condition and cleanliness issues. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.”

“Everything was out in the breakfast buffet. There was no one around to refill anything. Even the coffee was empty. Room was not a suite, even though they call it a suite. No swimming pool. No hot tub. Not even a workout room. If you want to stay here to sleep, that's all it's good for!!!”

“There were roaches of all sizes and i was offered another room and i asked were the roaches in my room were the only ones in the hotel and if so why would you rent the room out.i was given a refund for today only cause today is when I saw the roaches not yesterday. I got a refund only if I left immediately. Nasty and the property is not kept up cleanliness or maintenance. Just enough done to be able to rent to customers”

“The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.”

“The Bay Motel was a unique surprise. My wife and I were looking for something simple and affordable to simply sleep while we were visiting our daughter...what a Gem. The staff was friendly and warm, the room was spacious, and the bed was outstanding. When we travel as a we seldom eat in the hotel restaurant, the coupons we received at check-in convinced us to give it a try...we were blown away by the speed, attentiveness of our server,, and the fresh meal we received.
