“Parking was absolutely awful, if you're pulling a trailer, get there early! Shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty, showers are very small and toilet was plugged”

“Beds were clean but the shower had someone else’s hair on the wall and side of holder. Toilet had someone’s precious urine and no pillows. Breakfast was a bummer. The eggs weren’t ready and the sausage was overcooked like burned. That’s pretty much what they served. The front desk guy wasn’t much help and we called prior and was told the pool was open during the time of our stay and was out of service. ”
