“Lovely house with great access to the water. It was very clean. Location was peaceful and quiet, but not too far from grocery stores, etc. Not really ideal for anyone with small dogs (like me), because they don't want pets on the furniture and the fence has large gaps. Otherwise, it was wonderful.”

“We loved Manor Lane! It had every amenity you could ask for. The house is fun and charming and there are thoughtful touches everywhere you look! We had fun watching movies in the living room, playing games in the lounge, cooking family meals in the spectacular kitchen and playing tennis in the sunshine. A perfect 10!”

“Lovely home next to lake. Many hiking/lake spots within a reasonable drive. Lovely small waterfall along the driveway. Very close to rail trail. Walk to fishing spot as well as good fishing in nearby lakes. As noted in the property description,on/in the lake activities during the summer months are limited by plant growth in the lake. Spent sometime watching the birds on the lake. Dog friendly. Would stay here again.”

“This is my third stay at this lovely house in Stockbridge. Frankly, I’m running out of superlatives to describe this wonderful little piece of heaven. When I walk in I immediately feel at home and the relaxation begins. The house is beautifully maintained and Anneke and Jim are the perfect hosts. If 5 stars are the usual highest rating, I give them 10 stars!!!!”

“This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. I really found that above...

“Easy walk to town. Enjoyment limited by construction and blasting at both ends of Housatonic. No bedroom on ground floor; steep stairs to bedrooms. Four roomy upstairs bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Shana very helpful in addressing minor needs. Window frames need cleaning; some windows on back porch very hard to open.”
