“Did not use any amenities to speak of. But it was the perfect place to spend the night. No issues. Lovely bedrooms and living area. If we had more time I would have read my book on the peaceful deck. Well stocked with toiletries and extra blankets/pillows. ”

“very good cheap solution; the room was big and clean with fridge and microwave oven as well. the size of the bathroom could have been improved but basically everything was more than OK”

“The hospitality and attentiveness was outstanding. Both John and his wife Patti were there for any needs we had. I had by accident via Expedia set my arrival date for a day later than we arrived. When we got to Shaker I discovered this. John accommodated us nevertheless. The grounds were great and the morning breakfast was welcoming. ”
