“Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full.”

“Stayed two nights. Killed 2 milipedes, 1 centipede, some kind of bug that might have been a silverfish, and a bee in the bedroom/room without ever having opened a window. We stayed over a very busy 250th July 4th weekend so I didn't bother making a complaint because I'm sure if there was another room available it would not be any better, otherwise they would have put us there to begin with. They list the hotel as a resort so you pay an extra fee each night, but you gather the trash from the room...
