“Buon hotel; molto pulito. Belle camere ”

“Excellent”

“A little treasure. You feel like you are away from the world in old time luxury. The staff are so helpful, polite and attentive. Plunder the pantry feels so wrong but is so good. The little touches make all the difference.”

“Beautiful property, warm and inviting. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful.”

“Everything is perfect: room, location and staff. Would definitely recommend it”

“Hotel eccellente in una ottima posizione ”

“Accoglienza fantastica, servizi top, pulizia, tutto perfetto!”

“Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies.”

Esperienza davvero indimenticabile.”

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgravia. It’s centrally located so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sites and concert venues easily. Victoria station is a short walk as well. The hotel is beautifully appointed and has a warm cozy feel. The included breakfast is a real plus as a nice way to start your day. There is always someone to help or answer questions if needed and we always felt safe secure and welcome on premises. Our room was comfortable with nice pillows and a...

“Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.”
