La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro a pochi metri dalla stazione metro Marble Arch, ma comunque tranquilla e rilassante. Perfetta sia per visitare la città che per godersi un po’ di relax.

Hotel globalmente bello; stanza migliorabile dal punto di vista della manutenzione o pulizia (per essere in hotel 4 stelle il livello dovrebbe essere ancora più elevato).
Rivedibile i servizi di pulizia: sbrigativi, frettolosi e poco attenti (camera della stanza rimasta aperta per tutta la giornata - errore non da poco conto).
Colazione buona ma abbastanza expensive, sopratutto se non si “accetta” il pacchetto colazione prima del check-in.
