HDhe houseboat is located in the centre of The Hague, a wonderful base for exploring the Hofstad. Of course, Scheveningen beach is also close by and can be reached within 15 minutes by car!

Das Hausboot liegt zentral und fussläufig zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die qm Angabe von 160 stimmt auf keinen Fall. Das „Schlafsofa“ war etwas lädiert und verdient nicht diese Bezeichnung. Sauberkeit war ok.

Grundlegend war alles sauber und Ordentlich. Die Vermieter waren immer nett und erreichbar und haben sich bei jedem Problem sofort gekümmert. Die Betten waren gut und auch Decken und Kissen waren akzeptabel.Wir werden wohl trotzdem nicht wieder kommen. Es gab ein paar Punkte die wir diese Woche voll akzeptieren konnten aber am Ende einen weiteren Besuche leider ausschließen.Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor der Türe, dieser ist aber zwischen 18 und 24 Uhr kostenpflichtig. Darauf wurden wir hingewiesen, haben es uns aber am Ende einfacher vorgestellt. Der Kostenlose Parkplatz war etwa 3 Kilometer weg. Mit dem Fahrrad das wir dabei hatten kein Problem und schnell zu erledigen. Allerdings war das Wetter eher doof und ich hatte eher keine Lust die Strecke im Regen zu fahren. Am Ende hatten wir dann doch die ganze Woche das Auto vor der Türe und haben knapp 15 Pro Nacht Bezahlt.Für Leute die ein Problem mit Spinnen haben ist ein Hausboot generell nicht zu Empfehlen. Das ist kein Problem diese Lokation sondern ein Generell und gilt für alle Hausboote Weltweit, war uns auch neu und man lernt nie aus. Wir haben es überlebt.Die Terrasse war für uns auf Grund des oben genanntem Themas leider nicht nutzbar. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs, Abend war die Terrasse leider schon belegt ;-).Einen Stellplatz für Fahrräder gab es direkt vor dem Haus nicht. Für Kurz haben wir es um die Ecke an der Straße angeschlossen. Nachts haben wir sie mit aufs Boot genommen. Ging aber geht besser :-).

Preis-Leistung eher fraglich

Die Wohnung ist vom Eindruck her recht lieblos eingerichtet. Alles an Möbeln , die man braucht, da, aber kein nettes Detail, keinerlei Dekoration. Die Betten im Großen Schlafzimmer sind katastrophal: Man fällt in einen extrem weichen, sehr dicken Topper und liegt dann in einer Schaumkuhle, in der man sich nicht mehr drehen kann. Der Einstieg ist enorm hoch, für kleine Leute ein sportlicher Einstieg. Rückenschmerzen sind vorprogrammiert, die Matratze bietet keinerlei Stütze. Das andere Bett ist ok. In der Küche findet man primitive Töpfe mit kaputten , rostigen Thermoböden, die kaum zu gebrauchen sind. Porzellan, Gläser und Besteck , Kochbesteck enorm sparsam abgezählt ( und teilweise ein angeschlagenes Sammelsurium) . Nach jeder noch so kleinen Mahlzeit muss die Spülmaschine laufen, denn der Schrank ist dann leer. Die Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen, ein Parkplatz vor dem Boot ist eigentlich immer zu finden, aber von 18:00 bis 24:00 muss sehr teuer bezahlt werden. Überhaupt sind die Parkgebühren unverschämt teuer! 8 Euro pro Stunde sind keine Seltenheit.Wir waren zu dritt, fanden es ok, aber mit einer Weiterempfehlung tun wir uns schwer. Die Vermieterin haben wir nicht kennengelernt, sie hat uns telefonisch das Versteck des Hausschlüssels verraten , das war auch alles. Per WhatsApp hat sie uns gesagt, auf welchen Knopf wir auf der Fernbedienung drücken sollen, um die Glotze ans Laufen zu kriegen. TV in jedem Zimmer, aber nur niederländisch.
