“We didn’t comfortable or enjoyed stay from 4/19 to 4/23/26. There was no breakfasts served due to the under construction. We needed changed the room three times. The room 407 had bathroom leak and room 412 the toilet didn’t flush. Check out time I told the staff about the problem no apologies! He only asked do you want receipt? Sick!!”

“Parking was easy. And breakfast was fresh and plenty of options for everyone ”

“The staff was amazing and the facility is well taken care of. Surfside beach is an amazing place and a must do attraction for anyone visiting Myrtle Beach. There are amazing restaurants within walking distance. I really hated to leave. It felt like home. ”

“It is not a hotel for two handicap people who had declined to the third floor. We had to wait over 10 minutes for a tenant to come to the front desk to check in.”

“Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“I didn't have breakfast. Everything was clean except for the elevators. There were spills and candy on both elevators every time I entered.”

“8mins away from another La Quinta. The comparison is like Jekyll and Hyde. To start, all pet rooms are on one floor. Also is seems to be the same floor everyone smokes on as per cleaning staff. There are full time residents there’s so that’s also a red flag. The elevator offers doors that do not fully close with broken tiles as you enter. The main lobby also smell like trash as you enter. The pet floor smells worse. The rear of the first floor has flooded carpet floors like they drained a pool....

“First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund”

“Hotel needs to be renovated. Hot tub small and jets didn’t work. But if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head at night it will do.”

“Property is beautifully maintained and plenty of staff to assist with everything needed. Prices were reasonable at “ market” on site. Room is gorgeous! Wonderful beach view off balcony. Pool was beautiful and water was warm!!! We will definitely stay again!”

“Comfortable and clean room. Staff were great and courteous. Used free wifi -service but did not have breakfast (separate charge). Was in the area house hunting and location worked out good.”
