White debris, hair, and murky water are throughout the pool and the hot tub. It caused a rash to break out all over my body. “This is definitely for a solo traveler. Extremely clean, very helpful, professional staff. My room was a 3rd floor walk up. Small shower/ bathroom with a double bed and tv. Very clean. The hotel’s decor is white/yellow accents, unique and very traditional. The breakfast visited of coffee, croissants and fruits. Not a continental spread. The downfall is that the entrance is locked at all times and you must be buzzed in by the clerk whom may not be at the desk at any given time. I found this...

“This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! We did walk across the street to find a small bar with food, but we did not venture out in the evening in this neighborhood. “The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.”

“This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days.
