Hotel vicino a La Palma - San Juan

“Pool area still had stuff from previous renters and it was not running the filter so we weren’t able to access the pool but other than that that this was a pretty good place very comfortable and spacious there was complimentary soap towels the manager was very responsive we arrived after check out time and it was a smooth entrance because all information was provided prior to arrival and even after he was very responsive as well”

“Arrived at 7pm. Walked straight into the dark,there were no lights on in court yard and all the chairs and tables made it dangerous to walk through without banging into them. The gentleman in front dest was no help. As we approached the desk the gentleman had us waiting for 5-7 minutes while he completed his personal call simply took his time,offered 0 assistance up the stairs with luggage. The phone continuesly rang at from 12-3am and can be heard loudly and we needed to be out the room by 5am...

“This place was nice and affordable. It was right by the airport! My gripe is the cleaning staff could have done a lot better. Certain areas were dirty. Yet, ignored. Some of the staff members were too busy listening to music instead.”

“The place was so clean, and the staff? Literally the best; they were so kind and patient!! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the temperature was perfect. The air conditioning was amazing, and the hot tub was honestly the one thing I looked forward to every time I came back to the hotel at the end of the day. It was such a nice experience!”

“Great location...close to beach, airport and many restaurants. Room is just basic with bed..no chair, table or closet space. Stayed 5 nights and no room cleaning ir change of sheets or towels. I saw one staff one time through out my stay there. For the price and location, I will come back again but with no expectations that it will provide basic hotel needs.”
