“Was very happy other than I had to run the dishwasher from the people before our stay and when I opened the dishwasher container it stilled on the floor and had no way to sweep it up an the next morning housekeeper came and emptied my trash but never swap up the floor. That really bugged me.”

“The first thing that stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff! This hotel has the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hot breakfast was fantastic! They even had little omelettes! The room was clean and nicely laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Nice, New, clean !
Great location - close to highway and lots of restaurants in plaza - Neighboors and North italia were favorites from our trip.
Staff super friendly and survived TN snow storm of 2026 in comfort.
Only negative was that HBO was not included on tv as it was in other Marriott properties
