“We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. The room was pleasantly cool but humid and sticky if that makes any sense. Location was good.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT...

“Beds are soft but you get for what you pay for.... Kids running around til 2am, room was hot, staff didn't allow people to check in til 4pm so that caused the lobby to get crowded”

“The exterior is definitely questionable given the area. The room itself was surprisingly clean and up to date. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made check in and checkout a breeze.”

“The stay wasn’t HORRIBLE but it definitely wasn’t great. When we got to our room there were old clothes from previous guest in the drawers…on top of that we needed clean towels and they had nothing available. The worst part to say though is that there were some very suspicious people walking around and peeping through my truck window-I’m not sure if they were even guests. I thought the neighborhood was good but it’s actually kinda bad, so don’t expect a relaxing night. Everything else was mid...

“Worst experience ever. Super dirty room, had cocroaches, ac was dysfunctional, room smelt bad, hooks were broken in the toilet, towels smelt and staff did not do anything after complaining.I have booked though Expedia so many times but never had such bad experience. Though it is a chain of Radisson holtels, so it would be great but it was a very disappointing experience. Don't book this hotel ever.”

“This was our 2nd time staying and it was even better than the last. The room was very clean, nicely updated, and super comfy. The morning coffee was a hit as well. We come to SA often so this is going to be our first choice for stays. We had been on a road trip for 6 days and this was our final stop. Literally the best place we stayed.”
