“The Inn is wonderfully quaint and charming, with an onsite bar and restaurant serving up delicious American cuisine. The rooms are cozy and beds are so comfortable. The staff and owner, A.K.A., the Chief COW (Creator of WOW!) — went out of their way to make us feel welcome. 5 Stars all the way!! We can’t wait to go back!!!”

“The parking lot house several abandoned cars. The elevator last inspection expired 8/20/2022. The building smelled of marijuana . The breakfast counter area was dirty, along with the hallways. The pool was not cleaned or available for use. They had a handwritten note on the pool door stating, “Closed No Chemicals “. I would not recommend having them on our travel site and I hate that I booked it from the pictures that Expedia shared and their pool. When we go to the Cleveland area we enjoy...

“We stayed for 2 nights before meeting other family elsewhere. It was clean, the beds a little on the soft side, which I like. The staff was very nice and very thoughtful and helpful. Water pressure was good. It also had a little fridge and microwave and was in a great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Coffee set out in the lobby daily is a nice touch, even though I didn't have any. Ice machine worked fine. Didn't see a single bug, (and I check for them,) which is unusal even in pricier...

“The reservation was made through Expedia, with notes to have 2 cribs available upon arrival. I called the hotel to confirm prior to flying in. That night, upon checkin, they did not have any cribs as promised. But luckily, they were able to find a couple pack and plays. I had to request additional bedding several times, but kept getting sheets rather than blankets/pillows. There were numerous miscommunications. Other than that, the trundle bed in the "suite" was stained with urine marks. ...

“Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again.”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...
