“This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.”

“A very unique property that is a mix of a VRBO and a smaller boutique hotel. It is part of a special event venue with two buildings surrounded by gorgeous grounds. The front desk staff member, Zee, was especially helpful and sincere when upon checkout I let her know about the kitchen sink not draining properly and an issue with the dishwasher. She apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused and immediately credited my bill for the issue. ”

“Bought my family of 6 here for 2 nights to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday! All he wanted to do was swim! The hotel exceeded expectations! The room was clean and spacious and it was nice and quiet. The kids had a great time in the pool and made lots of friends with other hotel guests! They offer free breakfast and dinner. The dinner wasn’t that great BUT a nice gesture and it was easy to get the kids to run in from the pool and eat quickly. Overall great experience and look forward to...

“This was our second time staying at this property. Sunday morning was very busy and the breakfast area was a mess, trash over flowing, no syrup, empty waffle mix, milk empty. And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast. The other mornings were better during our stay but Sunday was very disappointing ”
